The spartan is actually undersized, because its in 3.75" scale and not 1:18. Yes, there's a difference, but so slight that most people don't care (forehead height difference).

And the "muh based on minis" was just cope from the shills in the Warhammer thread. They were making any shit up that seemed to fit to explain away Joytoy fucking up. They even blamed GW for the bad engineering in their toys.
