Yes, it is. Have you ever tried to sprint for an hour?
How about sprinting for an hour, but periodically switching body parts? That's what it's like. It's a sprint with the chest, immediately followed by a sprint with the back, then a sprint with the legs, then a sprint with the shoulders, etc. It's way harder than an hour run.
You wouldn't know because you train like a woman.
