No one never ever'd her, but including her as playable in FGO would be weird considering the whole thing with her in FSR was that she's not capable of combat. She can't fight, to the point that she's the only recruitable servant you can't take control of and fight as, and instead she can only provide buffs to you.
At best, you could put her in FGO but she'd need animations like Soujuurou has for like half of his attacks where he isn't actually attacking, it's Alice and Aoko fighting something and Soujuurou just dodges a stray hit and the enemy takes it, except Aria doesn't really have anyone around her who that'd work with.
If they REALLY wanted to make her work, they should have made it so we canonically "summoned" her in story, but instead of a playable servant, she's an equipable Mystic Code and the art for it is Master and Aria together.
