A good example is Goddess Rhongomyniad from the Camelot chapter. The daily judgment time has come, and Rhongomyniad says "Okay, everybody who wasn't highlighted by the lance gets purged." She doesn't do it out of hate or anger or whatever, she's just picking the best humans from the lot and moving on with her day. And everybody hates how she does it with zero care or emotion, like it's just a normal thing to do. It's not because she's a terrible person, it's that she's acting like she's not a person. Even if the words coming out of her mouth are factually correct, and the actions she performs to achieve her stated goals are optimal, it will still piss people off.
Also your comment about Saber Alter is wrong too. Saber Alter's personality goes the extra mile for the "rulers have to do what they must without giving a shit about feelings" thing even further. She just doesn't apologise for it or feel bad about how Camelot went down anymore. The Seibah who went through F/Z and FSN would've been a better ruler for Camelot. Saber Alter / Goddess Rhongomyniad is how Seibah was when she was alive, so putting them in charge would've just gotten you a repeat of the disaster.

Kerry is different. He's a voluntary Angra Mainyu. He voluntarily bears the burden of the guilt of killing these people for the sake of others, and where Artoria gambles with the lives of her people, Kerry only puts himself at stake.
I think Kerry is a good person. His desire to protect others doesn't leave him a choice. If he stopped, more people would die than if he didn't. Because at the end of the day, he succeeds at saving others, where Artoria has failed.
As it stands, Kerry is a net positive. Artoria isn't. If Kerry failed to save anyone despite causing suffering and death, over and over, and become a net-negative on the world, like Artoria, he would probably kill himself as soon as he recognizes this pattern. This is the key difference. This is a courtesey Artoria doesn't have. As it stands, he's a net positive. Artoria isn't. And yet she insists to continue her cycle of suffering.
That is why I think Kerry is a better person than Artoria.

Is it normal to spend 200 quartz across multiple banners and only get one SR? I've been trying for both Oberon and Avalon Artoria to no avail. I threw 30 towards Merlina and nothing there. Technically if I was trying on the Bob summer banner I could be getting SR spooks, but I'm throwing really hard to improve my account with Oberon. This really fucking sucks, 4th attempt for him and nothing. Meanwhile I got both Light and Dark Tamamo Vitch without any effort, she just arrived. Twice. WTF, I don't even remember when I summoned the Dark one and she's been in my roster for years.

Summer BB is really impressive after her buff, her skill 1 pops off an attack buff. She's doing 100,000+ damage on wave 1 without black grail or support on her own. Super fucking impressive considering her class has no advantage over the standard class roster.
