3.0 has been amazing thus far. Both Charon and Sentintel are great additions to their respective teams with unique kits that give those teams what they needed. Natuika has plenty of options and alternatives but I do hope we get more Laplace Dynamo Arcanist (euphorias). always nice to see burnkeks mald over their useless status not being relevant when it was DoA with it's introduction.

Blue Archive is pretty massive in Japan. not as big as 2hu afaik but it's topping FGO at comicket and they had their own convention last year if I'm not mistaken.
