some characters like Liang Yue goes from OK at p0 to "holy shit best character in the game" at p5 not just because of damage but QoL and overall versatility, while others can be much less impactful.
Hissabeth's p1 and p2 are very good for, while p3-p5 is "just" more personal damage

According to the calendar, pic related, a new player who doesn't know any better would safely assume Phototaxis ends, as it says, on July 3rd at 04:59 (UTC-5), but right now it's 19:59 (UTC-5) and the actual event ended, and only the rewards redemption remain. If these anons went by >>529646738 and the OP (which removed it before making it) then it clearly ended no later than July 2nd 04:59 (UTC-5), at the reset, but they would have figured this out once it's too late. On top of that you have discrepancies, like the calendar noting the Rayashki re-release lasted until 6/30 4:59 (UTC-5), but it's still up 3 days later (and so is its Wilderness shop).

The OP should add that events always end at the reset, and include the timer I had put there.
