I mean, if they buffed it maybe it would be threatening enough to force evade spam to try to exhaust opponents, I mean most other offensive actions are already sufficient to force out evades but maybe if this one was particularly potent it would be better at it, but the uncharged version isn't even the one that they're changing. They're only buffing the charged version for whatever reason.
At the very least they should make her share the vision from her recon kit which I don't think she does currently? Or make her 2 give some of her buffs to nearby allies so she's less selfish.
