Alright, so Cathay gets to cast one of the best spells in the game as a bound spell twice per turn for a mere 55 points. I don't like it. I hate it. Chaos has to pay 40 points to cast The Summoning at PL2 and the chinamen get to cast Plague of Rust at PL3 for either 5 less or half as many points. Lame! Gay!
