I'm doing dynamic double progression on Bench and I hit the top of the target rep range of 4 - 6 but when I lowered the weight by 10 i failed after 2 reps and got guillotined (at a planet fitness so only smiths) I failed again the next set after 2 even after I lowered the weight by 10 again. What am I doing wrong should I lower the weight again next week
