I'd say that title is reserved for their ubiquitous position of "Of course I believe this book is the word of a perfect omniscient omnipotent omnibenevolent God, no I haven't read it, it's the people who think it's just a pile of jewish bullshit who should know way more about it than me!".
You'll notice it's the same reasoning as all egalitarians, aka antifas, commies, bolsheviks... they posit as an axiom that everything they say is true until proven wrong, they don't have to bring anything to the table, and it's your job to do 10 minutes analysis for every single sentence or claim they pull out of their asses. They're all dishonest shitstains who want to force you into the role of the student and themselves in the role of the master, despite having never earned that, and they get real angry and try to shame you into silence when you point that out.
