I sent a picture to my mum because she's a nurse and she said it's bile, because my body is clearing out everything. Yesterday was a yellow liquid so that's really interesting as that might then be stomach acid as I've not eaten in 3 days.

Seems to have slowed so I assume I'm empty. The unused by products have been sent away and I probably have zero acid or bile. If I are a lot I'd probably vomit even if I was well. That's what happened when I too too much lansoprazole (PPI)
