I have very high hopes for part 9 based off of the story so far, it reminds me of all the things I liked about 5, but 5 had its own problems. Whether 9 exceeds my expectations or falls flat depends mostly on what Araki does with Howler. There's a lot of potential here, but yeah I'm loving this arc so far too. I'm just worried because I can say the exact same thing about the first half of part 8, but that very much did not meet my expectations by the end.
