I missed this conversation but the slowdown has zero impact on ANY interaction the moves have, Bwick tested it. The ultimate moves are just really fast in startup, if you somehow have an EX skill that has the same frame data you will get the same whiff punishes with that too.
And yes this applies to Ult DP safejabs too, the slowdown has nothing to do with why you can't safejab them. They just have different frame data.
So that anon is right, if you get hit by an ultimate skill and you feel like you got cheated by the slowdown you're just wrong and bad.
