Yes. EVERYONE has. Not being on social media feels like walking around awake while everyone is under mass hypnosis.
Say a trigger word, get hypnosis enduced response. I'm not any better than these people, I just prefer having fun as opposed to my behavior being trained into me with vague re enforcement.
I was just as brainwashed when I was on there, though I'd argue the brainwashing was better and more fun.
I don't see the appeal now other than gate kept social interaction.
