unlikely?
--they already made that (sort of)
--there exists enough pieces to MOC it yourself, somewhat accurately, including the figures
--if they DID decide to make a Titan's Tower, it would likely be based on Teen Titans Go! since it ran for a gazillion seasons, the Lego Dimensions sets were TTG
--popularity window passed, they had a movie in the theatre a few years ago (hey! it's Deadpool!) it needs a while before nostalgia age kicks in
--a Titan's Tower would be huge, $400, I wouldn't be able to buy it anyway. they would throw in a few villains that I'd WANT (Jinx?! argh!) the whole thing would be Zelda-Tree-Level disaster torture
--if would be TTGo! but 18+. for real I was in a Lego Store last week, and a 10-year-old kid asked his mom "why is The Simpsons set not for kids?" (that actually happened, I had to choke back laughter)
having said all that, I wouldn't mind seeing it, I guess. Lego has done Cartoon Network shows, so it's not impossible
