Q1. Tell us something that left a strong impression on you when you won the Monthly Award.
A: I was just really happy! I got the results when I was in my third year of high school, so I felt like, “Now I can say I want to be a manga artist without people laughing at me.”

Q2. Please share a message for aspiring creators aiming to win the Shin Sekai Manga Award.
A: My impression is that as long as your entry is at least readable and there's something that shines, you’ve got a shot at winning. Don’t overthink it — just go all out and hit 'em with it!
