Pomni likes Ragatha, she tried to get her to bat to cheer her up. Its just that Ragatha still puts "niceness" bars up to protect herself from harm and never has any actual fun ideas to do with friends. Because she doesnt want to do anything unless it's to please other people, so someone like Jax can come up with something to hang out with Pomni while Ragatha cant. Nobody in the circus hates her, but they don't want to hang out with her due to how inhumane she acts.
