It's been awhile since I played 3 but from what I recall the game is built around class changing a bunch but you need to spend capacity points to do so for zero reason whatsoever. I played with a cheatcode that made the classchange cost 0, since the pixel remaster did away with it entirely and even if it didn't it's a retarded mechanic that only forces you to grind more points to actually change people into what can actually tackle the dungeon.
I distinctly remember a boss that basically just ripped your asshole open unless you got 4 Dragoons and spammed Jump. The Mini dungeons are a cute idea but only punish you by forcing a fullmage party if you want to actually deal damage. Where I quit playing was the cave full of enemies that duplicate unless you attack them with a katana/spell. I remember it being such a slog and then I realized the infamous final dungeon wasn't long after.
Honestly just play FF5 if you want classchanging. Game's so much better it isn't even funny.
