A little bit in DA, not at all in SA, but my SA triggers are ~3 pounds or less.

I get that pitch forward sometimes too, it happens once or twice on the first dry fires but then after it not at all. It might be a little bit of recoil anticipation then I realize its dry fire

I caught myself pinning the trigger and pitching forward on this drill.
