Phainon got the best treatment a hsr male character will ever get. Nothing will top this from now on. Spdh's kit was originally a 4* kit but they later upgraded it to a 5*.
Leaker wanted to say more at first but knew people wouldn't believe them, so they said only his art direction was bad. Internally lots of employees who are fans of DH were also extremely unsatisfied with DH's treatment but they must do shaojis bidding & work on his goddess.
Blade will indeed come in 4.x but leaker doesn't know more than that. They then lament that blade is also not well treated internally.
