quoting from document for other anons mildly interested in clicking random links:
>PonyAggregate will be a Brony fandom platform that facilitates three primary functions: content aggregation, social networking, and a centralized archive. As a general overview:
>Content aggregation from various social platform sources, allowing centralized Brony content from sources around the web in one place. On top of this, there will be an opt-in recommender system that uses fancy but not so fancy machine learning (collaborative filtering) to populate feeds with relevant content based on user interests with respect to others.
>Social networking in the form of a discussions forum with various boards, primarily for discussing the site itself as well as the content.
>A centralized archive for facilitating an archive of various forms of Brony media. Archive contents can be presented as either hyperlinks to (reliable) external sources for quick research, or stored locally on the platform for permanence.
I briefly looked through the document and it reminds me of anon's idea to create a timeline of everything pony, but his efforts were more focused on the past rather than present. I'm not sure if there's benefit in aggregating current media (why not just visit multiple websites?), while there's definitely a reason to attempt archiving pony past wherever it happened. Recommendations for relevant things to what you viewed were also a topic anon thought about, to give context to the past.
As for social media aspect - not sure if I personally need that. /mlp/ and bunker chans work well for their own brand of forum posting, if I wanted a pony social media I'd create an account on pone.social because it's Mastodon, and already has some cool pony people.

Oh, and that's not a
>small project,
not at all.
