yeah i think i want to work somewhere where i don't need a personal lawyer. i could've stayed in grad school but i was gonna blow my brains out so i'm out in industry now. I think the answer is probably to just keep making private money to fund my life so I can have time to explore /x/ stuff and my hobbies, since i don't really want to try to wedge myself into a defense contractor. the only problem is it just all feels like i'm not able to do anything meaningful for the world, everything locked away behind big bureaucracy or big industry. deployment sounds rough, thanks for your cervix tho
