Same way i did even when it happened unrelated to KS. I just go into a pitfall of ill thoughts and selfloathing until i stop thinking about it. Its not ideal of course but this is how it goes for me.

You're not alone in this. KS really has the ability to make its reader go "This... this is what I want in my life, why cant i have it?" which in turn brings out that momentary (?) depression.
