My guess is that she has avoidant attachment issues. I can see the push & pull shenanigans. When you didn't respond, she went back to trying to get you "back". Chances are now that she's blocked you, she is suffering. There's also a chance albeit low, that she'll try to add up back. Use this time to figure out what you want out of this and what to say.
