I still get some enjoyment out of new AA and Indie titles. If video games aren't doing it for you try going to a few social events.
Concerts, a sports bar, a tabletop store etc.
If you're still not feeling happy, and if your state allows it, unironically try edibles. If your state doesn't allow THC edibles CBD should still help you. For me, I gave edibles a try just for the meme because I used to listen to Joey Diaz's podcast but edibles have done wonders for my mood and I'm able to look at the world in a more positive light. But whatever your do don't fall for the SSRI meme. That shit ruins your brain.
