I meant more of a jrpg with a cute artstyle and you could see the diapers (and the use) in combat.
Something like the SMT press turn system and you can poop your diaper once per combat to get an extra turn. Or like ATB and if you pee your pants your ATB meter fills faster. The possibilities are endless.
