If they can get the AI host before the Solver fully possesses them and starts murder-rape-eating the planet there's plenty they could feasably do while studying how The Solver Of The Absolute Fabric works which makes containment a lot easier. But that doesn't solve the problem of the Absolute Solver itself, just its host. They'd need to devise a way to keep the Solver out by stopping it from manifesting in any more sentient AI, or finding a way to find any new hosts that the Solver takes and contain them immediately before the Solver attempts to initiate a Singularity Event.
If not, I guess a big part of it depends on if things like Scranton Reality Anchors work on the Absolute Solver's specific brand of reality/matter-and-physics editing.
If the Solver is possessing a host / has a main host, they could try to destroy the main host if they can avoid black hole projectiles core-ing through the planet and nuking facilities I guess. There's anomalous objects they have that can assist with that, but I don't know how willing the Foundation would be to do that right away. Problem is, if the Foundation don't immediately figure put that they're dealing with a hyper-autistic sadistic world-eater that wants to consume existance into the void instead of just an anomalous digital program - the Solver can do something really bad.
Then again, the Foundation does deal with a good couple of god monsters. Though many of them require prior knowledge that the Foundation has used for containment.
