Today's dinner: Sway/basa filet on lentils with fungi.
Not a very visually appealing dish, but dirt cheap (other than the fungi) and pretty good macros.
Per portion:
35 g fungi, 100g lentils, 5 g olive oil, 100g sway, some lemon juice, powdered chicken broth and a few capers.
~268 kcals (didn't log the capers and lemon juice)
27g protein
21g carbs
7g fat
I've had two portions, but it's very filling.
lentils: 0.43€
sway: 0.84€
olive oil: 0.04€
fungi: 0.72€

2.03€, with the capers and broth powder it comes out to less than 2.50€/portion. Would recommend. Skip the fungi or get cheaper ones and you can make it for 1.50€/portion.
