They already have basic information like names if you're a EU citizen. You should be more worried about Google, Facebook, or Palantir. The European Union has never leaked personal information. They report data breaches and hold companies accountable. Just look up GDPR or EDPS. The only reason you can block cookies and use an adblocker is because of the EU.
