Not a whole lot, I think, though it heavily depends on how complicated the gen is, and how lucky I get with both the t2i and i2i processess. In picrel for example I purposefuly didn't do any, but I probably would have manually painted over that weird gap in one of Seija's teeth, just so you know.

I usually do all my stylus work on the t2i result, and then i2i that afterwards, but coincidentaly, I've been having to do a lot of stylus work on i2i outputs lately as well. Sometimes both, even. Either I've been getting unlucky with the i2i or I've gotten pickier with my detailing, can't tell... Here are a few examples if you're curious:
