The cost to repair the testing stand and surrounding infrastructure at masseys isn't a concern at all. That's chump change compared to how much the refurbishment process is going to cost the program in terms of time where test flights can't happen because hardware can't be cryotested or static fired. There was supposed to be another integrated flight test at the end of the month but now we'll be lucky to see another flight before the end of fall.
