Yeah and what we keep seeing, especially in our modern times, is good behavior is essentially not rewarded. Humans are too dishonest for it. Humans demand good behavior, that people work hard to earn rewards...
But humans will literally ignore the hardest workers and reward who they sexually/socially prefer instead. I've seen this at every job I've every worked.
