Pushing women down isn't bad in itself but it's all the eggs in one basket, the mc. The reverse is an up glow for the heroines who always remain passive and this side of worthless. Their merit is always constrained to loving the MC but little else, down to constantly narratively being a drag on the group. An easy example of that is Jurassic Park where the older sister does nothing but complain and doesn't know shit about computers.

You can say this is all realistic or whatever but I don't think that's a good enough reason for fantasy to take those cues. It's much more about creating the world's you want to exist to show some form of idealism or thought process through thematic exploration.

And reverse morals? It's an easy vehicle to take people invested in or directly affected by those morals and make a statement about how they react, positive or negative, when the shoe is on the other foot.

In the case of a human male being isekaied into said scenario for example, does he act like a female? If a woman is the one transported, does she rise to the male expectations or just bitch? If the women from that world come over to ours, how do they handle slacktivist and self destructive feminism? It's only as lazy a scenario as the scenario you seek out. Obviously someone with taste as shallow as you can't even tell what is fertile soil for ideas, you only bismirch the plants you see currently growing.
