You are probably well versed in CC, but i myself am really dumb and i don't think when im playing.
I don't keep track of stuff, i get hit with a CC and i simply press the funny P button.
Im very aware that this is what makes a player actually good but man ADHD goes hard when im in the middle of the enemy formation.
I guess i can get the timings with enough games played but for now im too dumb to actually think.
