A symbol that would emerge across the colonies and the wastelands of Earth following any acts of insurrection, rebellion, and assassinations on those who would stand against many of the new policies being implemented by the Lunar Authority. On Earth, Glemy Toto's forces acting from the reconstructed Kilimanjaro base find themselves in a seemingly endless cycle of tracking guerilla's and anti-government insurrections to zones that had once been protected by the indigenous populations arrangement, leading to those same people being stripped of their rights to remain planet side as faith in those truly intent on aiding in the healing of the Earth erodes by the day.

>Glemy:...They had a factory hidden here.
>Roux: Want to take a break? We can take it from here-
>Glemy: It makes no sense! These people were just living backwards lives before, and yet they were seduced so easily into fighting against us? After everything we have done for them? How did we miss something like this being built right under our noses?!

Leading Glemy away from his troops to privacy, Roux gives his cheek a quick smack.

>Glemy: Roux...?
>Roux: I'll hit you even harder if you start losing your way again. Whatever happened here, don't even think of going where I can see this going. We'll investigate, clean up, and track who set all of this up.
>Glemy:...I can't let these incidents continue. There are people who just want to heal alongside the Earth, but at this rate, everyone is going to be forced from the planet! If we just find Amuro Ray...!

Roux looks over Glemy's cheek, sigh at the redness around it.

>Glemy: No, Roux-
>Roux: Those turban wearing lunatics are looking for any excuse to view you as part of the problem.

Glemy raises his hand up, looking away as he delivers a sharp smack against Roux's cheek.
