I'd appreciate it if BCB suddenly transitioned into a sci-fi war story where it's revealed BCBworld was a lost dumping ground for ancient human science experiments that was rediscovered and put to the torch by the current galactic government to cover up the existence of their old illegal research projects. This will replace the gay relationship drama with "Lucy got her legs blown off" drama and "We're all homunculi born of the dark thoughts of alien tyrants" drama, an immediate improvement to be sure.
