I know (((they))! say that splashing your face with water and not drying it off will lead to dry skin. Because your face sucks up th water and wants more apparently?? I dunno

But ok then. What about this - keeping a cub of cool water nearby. Generously splashing the face EVERY HALF HOUR. So that the face is not thirsty at all

What will this do for the face?
