Why don't more games have the f2p option and a hybrid model like doa does?
like, obviously don't just make some live service game that will go down as soon as it flops like 2xko
but like
a demo where you can play online with 4 characters and buy more if you want, ala Dead or Alive.

is there any real downside to that?
