Pokemon being invaders is interesting but it's obvious why they didn't want to deal with the fallout of the entire global ecosystem being eliminated/replaced or why they stopped at humans for some reason in there series for children. Ghastlies with the great elephant genocide is funny, but way too troublesome in the long run
