Something I appreciate about Spamtenna fan content is that they're depicted as having an adult relationship.
I mean they aren't written like teenagers/young adults discovering love and being awkward. They know what they want from each other and just go for it. They manipulate each other and plot against each other. They are aware of their developing feelings but choose to put them aside to prioritize the business side of their relationship. They have a complicated situationship where they sleep with eachother but also probably sleep around with other darkners because they aren't actually "together". It's a breath of fresh air from the more innocent young love stories.
