I can tell you from buying a trench GTX to attempt to solve this problem, it just can't be solved.
For some reason it didn't click on me that all the pictures of this jacket on models are desaturated and dimly lit, along with the needed vent panels closed.
In practice, with the vents open, I just look like a massive pervert wearing a bra on the outside.
