male anons i just did the math and apparently $4.52 a day can give you a near complete diet including micronutrients with 150g of protein almost no saturated fat and 50g of fiber if you eat
>150g of lentils
>200g black beans
>12oz can of tuna
>64g chicken liver
>a lemon
not accounting for water and salt. The only thing youd be missing is vitamin D E and K but lets be honest everyone is deficient in those anyways.
You can also eat one pound of all purpose flour for 53¢ if you love nutrient deficiency. You can add 10¢ worth of nutritional yeast to get most of your B vitamins i guess. You will still absolutely contract scurvy and have severe brain fog though.
