Celeray is such a wonderfully competent pal. Great glider stats, water-type to open chests, and so easily farmable along the coasts. Top-tier pal, in my book.
(I am due for a replay; my autism did not vibe with the Terraria crossover and I stopped playing when it was announced. I have forgiven the slight. Time to catch a new Celeray.)
