The Amazon from Slayers Return, also a great movie.

Love this big titty amazon bitch from the second movie, she's really underrated. Slayers Return is just peak Slayers in general. Perfect comedic twist, great comedic villain, perfect Lina/Naga shenanigans, great animation, great one-and-done character designs for the mercenaries and villagers of the week, perfect and really hype ending with that amazing "Slayers OVA" fanfare playing. Love that movie.
