I barely remember any of the DeS bosses because the game was so absurdly easy you could just facetank through it.
Unless the boss killed you in 1(one) hit, you couldn't die. You had 99x Grass and the grass eating animation was lightning quick. "Oops, I fucked up" -> Eat Grass -> Back to full HP.
The only bosses I can remember at all are the Tower Knight, the blob with the spears in it, False King Allant, Real King Allant and the Blind Hero. I remember there was a fucking tonne of gimmick bosses too, where you didn't have to do anything but pull levers of flick switches, but I can't remember anything about any of them.
I think I died about 5x total in my entire run of DeS, and 4 of those times were in the poison swamp, because if even one single pixel of your feet were touching the water, pressing Roll meant you went into a 30second "I can't roll!" animation.
