NTA, but after Toriyama finished the OG Dragon Ball manga he went on to work on the 90s Dr Slump remake where he did all the new designs for the characters and wrote multiple episodes himself, for some reason he added a lot of Arale nudity in that version, even moreso than the original manga and the 80s anime, maybe he just thought naked Arale was funny, I dunno
