Because it's not an actual performance by a human being which is something I take into account while enjoying art. It's a machine approximating what a person in question might sound like at that moment.
Even if it's so good I don't notice it, finding out later would ruin it for me, because when I look at a picture I don't just think of the pretty colors and the subject matter. I think of the person who made it.
