Hell yeah. You press a button, you get:

and more stuff I still haven't tried. For example, you can group brushes in Trenchbroom so once imported, you get 1 mesh for each group instead of the whole thing.

TLDW: you get a new node type which you link with a TB map. The node gives you a button for building the map and another one for UV unwrapping, which comes in handy if you plan to use lightmaps.
