Honestly someone need to mix most of the gameplay elements of those VN with a calendar system and a town map, and have the town be like 256 waifus that follow a daily and weekly routine and have some montly events like a montly festival.

But also add the ability to travel the town like in GTA but is a 2D JRPG map and movement.

And It would be great if you could KO and fight with the npcs, but this will lower your romance points with the girls.

But you can basically go full morality good and villain routes like a CRPG.

When you could start and rape and hit the female npcs, until like you're a big bad boy they are scared of you and sent military girls with weapons to fight you.

Eventually you do the same shit as undertale genocidal route, but instead is a pregnancy route with the girls.

In the end all npcs of the game end up like pregnant, instead of killed.

But you could literally go full romance good beta mode and get them pregnant the good long romance route, or you could go full town bulgarian rapist mode and make them break their will to fight and just give up to being just your sex toys.
