And when people do post body in CBT the guys with abs are all 160lbs, while most posters are fat. Most people giving fitness advice online are basically Blaha if he chose to remain anonymous - theyre so full of shit. You can disregard probably 95% of info you read online because it is not a jacked chad posting that shit, it's some 360lbs unemployed lard who is so bored of NEETdom that larping about fitness passes for entertainment

In general that's the main lesson beginners should learn, that the internet is not your friend. So Mike is right, 4chan is a bad source of fitness information. I've read some genuinely good shit here though, you just have to get to a point where you actually know what you're doing and then you can easily filter out the bullshit and just take in what's genuine. 5% of info here is good
